利用2kWCO2激光器对不同合Si量的AI-Si合金进行了搭接扫描熔凝处理,通过SEM和TEM对激光熔凝处理后Al-Si合金的组织结构进行了观察,通过测定在不同介质条件下的阳极极化曲线,讨论了激光熔凝处理对AI-si合金耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,激光处理可改善Al-Si合金在10%H2SO4和10%HNO3溶液中的耐蚀性,而对Al-Si合金在10%HCl和5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性没有明显的促进作用。
Al-Si alloy with different amounts of Si was lapped and fused by 2kWCO2 laser. The microstructure of Al-Si alloy after laser cladding was observed by SEM and TEM. The anodic polarization curves were discussed. The effects of laser fusion treatment on the corrosion resistance of AI-si alloy were discussed. The results show that the laser treatment can improve the corrosion resistance of Al-Si alloy in 10% H2SO4 and 10% HNO3 solution, but not the corrosion resistance of Al-Si alloy in 10% HCl and 5% NaCl solution effect.
