目的通过调查对比分析,验证与完善适合城市的流动人口孕产妇保健管理模式。方法 2006年,在对流动人口孕产妇保健状况基线调查分析的基础上,研究制定下城区流动人口孕产妇管理模式,5年后对相应问题进行问卷调查并进行对比分析。结果孕产妇对危险因素的识别明显提高,孕期保健服务得到提升,费用优惠政策得到落实。结论下城区流动人口孕产妇保健模式实施取得了一定的效果,并为政府制定相关优惠政策提供了参考。
Objective To verify and perfect the maternal health management model for floating population suitable for the city through investigation and comparative analysis. Methods Based on the baseline survey and analysis of maternal health status among floating population in 2006, we studied and formulated the maternal management model for floating population under the city population. After five years, we conducted a questionnaire survey and comparative analysis of the corresponding problems. Results Maternal identification of risk factors significantly improved during pregnancy health services have been improved, preferential policies have been implemented. Conclusion The implementation of maternal health care model for floating population in lower city has achieved certain results and provided a reference for the government to formulate relevant preferential policies.
