在不同NaCl浓度处理下,通过对10个品系甜高粱种子的发芽率、活力指数、芽长、根长、耐盐半致死浓度、耐盐致死浓度和耐盐指数进行比较研究,并采用模糊数学隶属函数法对甜高粱的耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明,甜高粱具有较强的耐盐性,供试的10种甜高粱耐盐性由强到弱依次为:能-2>BJ-297>BJ-21>BJ-340>623 A>M-81 E>BJ-219>考利>原甜>BJ-223。萌发期发芽率、活力指数、芽长、根长和耐盐指数均与盐浓度的大小呈负相关。耐盐半致死浓度为240~360 mmol/L,耐盐致死浓度多为420 mmol/L。
The germination rate, vigor index, shoot length, root length, salt tolerant lethal concentration, salt tolerant lethal concentration and salt tolerance index of 10 sweet sorghum seeds were compared under different NaCl concentrations. Membership function method to evaluate the salt tolerance of sweet sorghum. The results showed that sweet sorghum had strong salt tolerance. The salt tolerance of 10 sweet sorghums tested from strong to weak was: -2> BJ-297> BJ-21> BJ-340> 623 A> M -81 E> BJ-219> Cowley> Original Sweet> BJ-223. Salt tolerant lethal concentration of 240 ~ 360 mmol / L, salt tolerance lethal concentration of 420 mmol / L.
