目的评价镍钛记忆合金环抱式接骨器内固定在胸部骨折中的治疗作用。方法 78例肋骨骨折患者,按治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各39例。观察组采用镍钛记忆合金环抱式接骨器手术内固定治疗,对照组采用保守治疗,比较两组患者下地时间、止痛剂治疗次数、住院时间、并发症发生情况。结果观察组下地时间(2.1±0.4)d、止痛剂治疗次数(0.06±0.01)次、住院时间(7.2±2.3)d、肺部感染1例、肺不张0例,均明显优于对照组的(7.7±2.9)d、(3.24±2.16)次、(15.8±4.2)d、8例、10例,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镍钛记忆合金环抱式接骨器内固定应用在胸部骨折治疗中有助于患者快速康复,减少住院并发症。新材料的应用可以减少手术创伤。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of nickel-titanium memory alloy embracing internal fixation in thoracic fractures. Methods 78 cases of rib fractures were divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods, 39 cases in each. The observation group was treated with nickel-titanium memory alloy embracing intramedullary fixation, while the control group was treated conservatively. The time to place, the number of analgesic treatment, hospital stay and complication were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of treatment (2.1 ± 0.4) days, analgesic treatment (0.06 ± 0.01), hospital stay (7.2 ± 2.3) days, pulmonary infection in 1 case and atelectasis in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (7.7 ± 2.9) d, (3.24 ± 2.16), (15.8 ± 4.2) d, 8 and 10, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Nitinol embracing interlocking cage internal fixation in the treatment of chest fractures to help patients recover quickly and reduce hospital complications. The use of new materials can reduce surgical trauma.
