介绍了一种基于PLC自动控制和VXI数据采集的煤矿井下水仓水位监控系统。该系统不但能够自动采集现场传感器的数据,并保存和显示;还能根据当前水仓水位和要求达到的目标水位值进行计算,自动实现水仓水位的PID闭环控制,具有很高的控制精度和控制准确性。介绍了手自动的切换以及水泵的故障检测设计思想,具有很重要的意义。
This paper introduces a water level monitoring system for coal mine underground based on PLC automatic control and VXI data acquisition. The system can not only automatically collect the data of the field sensor and save and display it, but also can calculate the water level of the water tank based on the current water level of the water tank and the target water level required to achieve, with high control accuracy and Control accuracy. Introduced the hand automatic switch and the pump fault detection design idea, has the very vital significance.
