司法鉴定人制度本身就是一个完备的系统,司法鉴定人制度系统由司法鉴定人的资格和选任、司法鉴定人的权利和义务、司法鉴定人的法律责任等制度组成。无论怎样的法律制度建设都一定要明确其主要的法律责任,经过法律法规的规定确保法律的实施。司法鉴定人所从事的法律工作虽然有现代科学技术的帮助,但是其调查取证的过程中容易受主观意识的干扰。
