随着全球化进程的步伐的加快,外语这一基本工具的角色愈显重要,这就要求操外语者不仅拥有较高的语言能力,同时语用能力也成为被重视和强调的对象,以避免语用失误,顺利实现交际的目的。本文在对中国大学生及英语为本族语的参与者调查的基础之上,得出中国学生语用能力现状,并提出在外语教学方面的对策。
As the pace of globalization accelerates, the role of foreign language as a basic tool becomes more and more important. This requires not only foreign language speakers to possess higher linguistic competence but also pragmatic competence to be valued and emphasized in order to avoid Pragmatic errors, the smooth realization of the purpose of communication. Based on a survey of Chinese college students and participants of English native speakers, this paper draws a conclusion as to the present situation of Chinese students’ pragmatic competence and proposes some countermeasures in foreign language teaching.
