文章就目前中小型化工企业的安全生产问题引发对安全生产规制的质疑,阐述了安全生产规制的影响因素,并提出了改善我国中小型化工企业安全生产规制的几点对策。
At present, the problems of safety production in small and medium-sized chemical enterprises have been questioned, and the influencing factors of safety regulations have been expounded. Some countermeasures to improve the safety regulations of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises in our country have also been put forward.
