目的:以半夏总生物碱含量为指标,评价唐半夏内在质量优劣。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,测定唐半夏总生物碱含量,并与不同产区半夏中总生物碱含量进行比较。结果:唐半夏总生物碱含量为0.0415%,与其他产区相比位居第二。结论:唐半夏总生物碱含量相对较高,属优质种质资源,值得大面积规范化种植和资源保护。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the total quality of Pinellia ternata by taking the total alkaloid content of Pinellia as an indicator. Methods: The total alkaloid content of Radix Trollius was determined by UV spectrophotometry, and compared with the total alkaloid content of Radix Pinelliae in different producing areas. Results: The total alkaloid content of Pinellia ternata was 0.0415%, ranking second in comparison with other producing areas. Conclusion: The content of total alkaloids in Pinellia ternata is relatively high, which belongs to high quality germplasm resources, which deserves to be standardized and planted in a large area and resource protection.
