泵衰竭(PF)是目前急性心肌梗塞(AMI)住院死亡的重要原因之一,如能早期发现,及早处理,可望降低病死率。本文报告PF197例,旨在探讨PF的易患因素及早期诊断。

Pump failure (PF) is currently one of the major causes of hospital mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Early detection and early treatment are expected to reduce mortality. This article reports PF197 cases, to explore the predisposing factors and early diagnosis of PF.
