本文研究了由熔融物拉制铁电LiNbO_3的生长,晶体沿各种拉制轴如[001]、[120]和[100]生长,并得出了能拉制大的和完整晶体的必要条件。用Li NbO_3陶瓷作电极极化使之转变成单畴晶体,而不会引起任何大的应变。对特征生长脊作了详细的观察,并用间歇形[102]来解释脊的形成。考虑了生长脊和腐蚀图的对称因素,从而决定了高温相的点群为D_(3d)。根据晶体结构讨论了晶体生长和极化转向机理。
In this paper, the growth of ferroelectric LiNbO_3 drawn from a melt was investigated. The growth of crystals along various drawn axes such as [001], [120] and [100] has been studied and the necessary conditions for drawing large and complete crystals . Electrode polarization with Li NbO_3 ceramics transforms into single-domain crystals without causing any major strain. The characteristic growth ridges were examined in detail and the formation of ridges was explained by discontinuities [102]. Considering the symmetry of growth ridge and corrosion diagram, the point group of high temperature phase is determined as D_ (3d). Crystal growth and polarization steering mechanisms are discussed based on the crystal structure.
