本文提出了可溶性滤膜富集分光光度法测定水样中痕量钼 (VI)的简便方法。在pH4 5的HAc -MaAc缓冲溶液中 ,Mo (VI)与茜素红S (ARS)以及溴代十六烷基吡啶形成的三元络合物能够被硝化纤维微孔滤膜定量富集 ,富集膜溶解在小体积的二甲亚砜中 ,于 4 90nm处以试剂空白为参比测定吸光度。 30倍富集时 ,方法的检出限为 1 2 μg/L。该方法应用于天然水样分析 ,回收率好 ,结果满意
In this paper, a simple method for the determination of trace molybdenum (VI) in water samples by soluble filter-membrane spectrophotometry is proposed. The ternary complex of Mo (VI) with alizarin red S (ARS) and bromohexadecylpyridine can be quantitatively enriched with nitrocellulose microporous membrane in pH4 5 HAc-MaAc buffer solution. Enriched membranes were dissolved in a small volume of dimethylsulfoxide, and the absorbance was measured at 4 90 nm against the reagent blank. At 30-fold enrichment, the limit of detection was 12 μg / L. The method is applied to natural water samples with good recovery and satisfactory results
