From February 11 to February 12, 2004, the provincial party committee held a working conference on propaganda and ideology in Hainan Province. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the National Propaganda Work Conference, summed up the propaganda and ideological work of the province in 2003 and made specific arrangements for the work in 2004.
