目的探讨 c-erbB-2蛋白的表达与结肠癌的浸润、转移和分化程度之间的关系.方法采用免疫组织化学方法对60例结肠癌组织和18例癌旁组织中 c-erbB-2蛋白的表达情况进行检测.结果 c-erbB-2的表达与结肠癌的浸润、转移呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P 值分别是0.018、0.040、0.016).结论 c-erbB-2的高表达促进结肠癌的生长,增强其侵袭和转移的能力.“,”Objective To detect the expressions of c-erbB-2 protein in colon cancer. Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expressions of c-erbB-2 protein among the 60 colon cancer samples and 18 cases of adjacent mucoca tissues. Results C-erbB-2 over-expression was significantly correlated with the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis and was inversely correlated with the differentiation of colon cancer(P﹤0.05). Conclusion Over-expression of c-erbB-2 might play an important role in invasion and metastasis of human colon cancer.
