针对职业院校发展现状,提出将“三化合一”的理念融入职业教育工作中,从学生管理军事化、教学模式一体化、日常工作精细化三方面入手,大力推进。
According to the development status of vocational colleges, the author puts forward the idea of “integrating three into one” into the work of vocational education, proceeding from three aspects: the militarization of student management, the integration of teaching mode and the refinement of daily work.
