华晨宝马汽车有限公司于2003年5月在辽宁省沈阳市注册成立,它是合资企业,由宝马集团和华晨中国汽车控股有限公司共同投资成立,从事BMW品牌汽车的制造、销售和售后服务工作。目前,华晨宝马在车型品牌众多的汽车市场上仍享有极大的市场竞争力,与其对自身发展的要求和准确的战略方针的制定有着密不可分的关系。本文通过对它的基本情况的介绍,外部环境分析及之后SWOT分析,希望能对它的发展现状有更直观的认识。
BMW Brilliance Automotive Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Shenyang, Liaoning Province in May 2003. It is a joint venture established by BMW Group and Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Ltd. to manufacture, sell and service BMW brand vehicles. At present, BMW Brilliance still enjoys great market competitiveness in the automobile market with a large number of models and is inextricably linked with its own requirements for development and the formulation of an accurate strategic guideline. This article through its introduction of the basic situation, the external environment analysis and after SWOT analysis, hoping to have a more intuitive understanding of its development status.
