给小猎犬静脉注入三种形式的~(239)Pu(Ⅳ):即转铁素(Transferrin)络合物(Pu-Tf)、处于pH3.5柠檬酸盐缓冲液中的钚络合物(Pu-Cit),以及胶体形态的微粒状Pu(Ⅳ)(Pu-P)后,对~(239)Pu的早期滞留和分布作了比较。注入Pu-Cit与Pu-Tf后14天,这二种Pu(Ⅳ)的早期分布与滞留难于区别,但二者在尿的排泄类型上有差别。注入微粒状Pu(Ⅳ)的混悬液后,~(239)Pu的沉积、微观分布与滞留同给犬注入真正钚溶液时有很大的不同。注入Pu-Tf或Pu-Cit后,核素以缓慢的速率从循环中清除。约有30%的Pu沉积于肝内,约50%在骨骼中,约2%在其他软组织中。Pu-P以很快的速率离开血循环,约有70%沉积于肝脏,仅有2%于骨中,约24%在其他软组织中。注入的Pu-P中,仅有很小的部份被排出。在肝中,注入Pu-Tf与Pu-Cit后的微观分布是均匀的,Pu(Ⅳ)最初与可溶性蛋白质结合,以后则转移到肝脏的亚细胞颗粒上。注入Pu-P以后,~(239)Pu的微观分布是不均匀的,大部份的Pu(Ⅳ)积聚在网状内皮细胞中,很少同可溶性蛋白质相结合。注入Pu-Cit与Pu-Tf后,Pu(Ⅳ)沉积在骨表面;而注入Pu-P后,存在于骨中的少量钚全部积聚在骨髓的巨噬细胞中。
Three forms of ~ (239) Pu (IV) were injected into Beagle dogs: the Transferrin complex (Pu-Tf), the plutonium complex in pH 3.5 citrate buffer Pu-Cit), and Pu (Ⅳ) (Pu-P) in the form of colloids, the early residence and distribution of ~ (239) Pu were compared. At 14 days after Pu-Cit and Pu-Tf injection, the early distribution and retention of these two Pu (IV) species were indistinguishable, but the two differed in urinary excretion types. The deposition, microscopic distribution and retention of ~ (239) Pu after the implantation of the granular Pu (Ⅳ) suspension are very different from those of the real plutonium solution injected into the canine. After injection of Pu-Tf or Pu-Cit, the nuclide is removed from the circulation at a slow rate. Approximately 30% of Pu deposits in the liver, about 50% in bones and about 2% in other soft tissues. Pu-P leaves the bloodstream at a rapid rate, with about 70% being deposited in the liver, only 2% in bones, and about 24% in other soft tissues. Pu-P injected, only a small part of the discharge. In the liver, the microscopic distribution of Pu-Tf and Pu-Cit is uniform, and Pu (IV) initially binds to soluble proteins and later to the liver subcellular granules. After the injection of Pu-P, the microscopic distribution of ~ (239) Pu is not uniform, and most of the Pu (Ⅳ) accumulates in reticuloendothelial cells, seldom with soluble protein. When Pu-Cit and Pu-Tf were implanted, Pu (Ⅳ) was deposited on the surface of the bone. However, a small amount of plutonium existing in the bone was accumulated in bone marrow macrophages after Pu-P injection.
