目的调查分析某企业芳烃装置职业病危害现状,确定职业卫生工作重点,为该装置职业卫生日常管理提供参考依据。方法采用现场调查和职业病危害因素检测方法。结果现场调查显示,该装置加氢、歧化异构化工段,缺少当心有毒气体、戴防毒面具等警示标识;抽提、歧化异构化工段,无噪声危害警示标识牌;没有为加氢、歧化异构化工段加热炉巡检人员配备防红外辐射眼镜。该装置存在的主要职业病危害因素有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、抽余油、氨、硫化氢、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、噪声,检测结果显示,成品罐区B503泵采样点苯的短时间接触浓度和班长岗位8h等效A声级噪声强度超标,其余数据均符合国家职业接触限值要求。结论建议企业在上述作业场所醒目位置增设防毒防噪警示标识牌,为加热炉巡检人员配备防红外辐射眼镜。应将苯、噪声作为该装置职业病防治重点控制因素,其所涉及的超标岗位为职业病危害关键控制点。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of occupational hazards of aromatics plant in a certain enterprise, determine the key points of occupational health work, and provide a reference for the daily management of occupational health in this plant. Methods The method of field investigation and detection of occupational hazards was used. Results The field investigation showed that the device had hydrogenation and disproportionation isomerization stages, lack of caution and toxic gas, and gas mask warning signs; extraction and disproportionation isomerization section, no noise hazard warning signage; no hydrogenation and disproportionation Isomerization section heating furnace inspection staff equipped with anti-infrared radiation glasses. The main occupational hazards of the device include benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene, raffinate oil, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide and noise. The test results show that the short- Concentration and squad leader position 8h equivalent A sound level noise intensity exceeded, the remaining data are in line with the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion It is suggested that enterprises should set up an anti-virus and anti-noise warning sign at the eye-catching locations in the above workplaces and equip heating oven inspectors with anti-infrared radiation glasses. Benzene and noise should be taken as the key controlling factors in the prevention and control of occupational diseases in this device. The excessive posts involved are the key control points of occupational hazards.
