本文研究了利用热加工模拟试验机来制定合理的钢材热轧生产工艺参数的一种新的试验方法。它包括利用静态γ再结晶图、动态γ再结晶图、σ-ε曲线、热塑性图、静态CCT曲线、动态CCT曲线以及多道次变形和分段冷却模拟试验来确定热轧变形工艺参数、轧制力能参数及轧后在线冷却工艺参数的一整套试验方法。利用这种方法在为轧钢厂制定热轧生产工艺方面收到了良好的效果,对推动我国热轧生产工艺试验研究的进步具有重要的意义。
In this paper, a new test method using hot-working simulation test machine to develop a reasonable process parameters of hot-rolled steel production is studied. It includes the determination of hot rolling deformation parameters using static γ recrystallization, dynamic γ recrystallization, σ-ε curves, thermoplastic diagrams, static CCT curves, dynamic CCT curves and multi-pass deformation and segmented cooling simulation tests. A set of test methods for parameters of force and on-line cooling process parameters after rolling. In this way, it has received good results in the hot rolling production process for the rolling mill and is of great significance to the progress of experimental research on the hot rolling production process in our country.
