国土资党发[2012]18号部机关各司局,各派驻地方的国家土地督察局,中国地质调查局及部其他直属单位:2010年5月以来,部直属机关各级党组织、广大党员和党务工作者,按照中央的统一部署,在部党组的坚强领导下,紧紧围绕国土资源管理中心工作,以“夯实基层、建强队伍、勇破两难、服务民生”为主题,深入开展创先争优活动,涌现出了一批成绩突出的先进基层党组织和优秀个人。为表彰先进,树立榜样,弘扬正气,振奋精神,激励各级基层党组织和广大党员进一步发挥战斗堡垒作用和先锋模范作用,进一步形成崇尚先进、学习先进、争当先进的浓厚氛围,部党组决定表彰37个创先争优先进基层党组织,75名优秀共产党员和35名优秀党务工作者。
