现有邮政体制具有五大内在冲突制约邮政部门的可持续发展,必须进行大刀阔斧的改革。本文针对邮政体制五大内在冲突对邮政体制加以分析,对改革中的邮政予以反思。
The existing postal system has five major internal conflicts that restrict the sustainable development of the postal service and must make drastic reforms. This article analyzes the postal system against the five internal conflicts in the postal system and reflects on the postal reform.
