目的:观察疏血通脉胶囊对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血栓形成及凝血功能的影响。方法:将120只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、疏血通脉胶囊组。分别于脑缺血2 h再灌注6 h、脑缺血2 h再灌注48 h的2个不同时间点,测定模型大鼠血栓干、湿重及凝血功能[血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]。结果:与模型组比较,疏血通脉胶囊可减少模型大鼠血栓干、湿重,延长PT、APTT、TT时间,减少FIB含量(P<0.05),且再灌注6 h比再灌注48 h作用更为显著。结论:疏血通脉胶囊能减少模型大鼠血栓重量,延长凝血时间,减少纤维蛋白原含量,有效预防血栓形成。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shuxuetongmai Capsule on thrombosis and blood coagulation in rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: 120 rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and Shuxuetongmai capsule group. The thrombus dry weight, wet weight and blood coagulation function [thromboplastin time (PT)] were measured at 2 h reperfusion at 2 h after cerebral ischemia and at 48 h reperfusion at 2 h after cerebral ischemia, respectively. Activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen (FIB)]. Results: Compared with the model group, Shuxuetongmai capsule can reduce the thrombus dry weight and wet weight, prolong the PT, APTT, TT time and reduce the FIB content (P <0.05), and the reperfusion 6 h The effect is more significant. Conclusion: Shuxuetongmai capsule can reduce thrombus weight, prolong the clotting time, reduce the content of fibrinogen and effectively prevent thrombosis in model rats.
