为迅速兴起学习贯彻十六大精神的热潮,省纪委、省委组织部、省委宣传部决定共同举办全省党员干部学习党的十六大精神竞赛活动,竞赛由本社具体承办。竞赛时间从本期刊登竞赛试题开始至2003年5月20日截止。竞赛结束后将在全对答卷中组织抽奖,请公证部门现场公证。拟设一等奖10名,二等奖30名,三等奖100名,优秀奖若干名,另设组织奖若干名。在2003年6期上公布竞赛结果。此次竞赛可由各基层党委或党组织统一组织答题参赛,也可由党员和群众个人参赛。统一组织参赛,要求基层党组织要达到党员总数的90%以上;县以上党委组织参赛,要达到党员总数的60%以上。欢迎全省广大党员干部踊跃参赛。
