目的为建立国防光学计量最高标准,研制光学传递函数(OTF)标准望远镜.方法采用放宽制造公差、合理确定波像差水平的设计原则和方法,解决高精度检测光学结构参数,准确计算和测量MTF及其不确定度评定等关键技术.结果6具两种工作视度的标准望远镜的计量性能均达要求,其MTF扩展不确定度达到轴上0.03,轴外0.06.结论研制的OTF标准望远镜的性能是迄今国际报道中最好的.
Aim To establish the highest standard of national defense optical metrology and to develop an optical transfer function (OTF) standard telescope. The method adopted the design principles and methods to relax the manufacturing tolerances and reasonably determine the wave aberration level, and solved the key technologies such as high precision detection of optical structure parameters, accurate calculation and measurement of MTF and its uncertainty evaluation. Results The standard performance of the standard telescopes with two working views met the requirements of MTF expansion uncertainty of 0.03 on the axis and 0.06 on the axis. Conclusion The performance of the developed OTF standard telescope is by far the best in the international report.
