采用不同工艺对掺钒AZ91系镁合金进行热处理,研究了热处理工艺对其力学性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,热处理可以明显提高掺钒AZ91系镁合金的力学性能和耐磨性能。分级均匀化热处理可使掺钒AZ91系镁合金室温抗拉强度提高21 MPa,磨损体积减少80.30%。
Different processes were used to heat-treat AZ91 magnesium alloy with vanadium. The effects of heat treatment on its mechanical properties and wear resistance were studied. The results show that heat treatment can significantly improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance of AZ91 magnesium alloy. Homogenization heat treatment can increase the tensile strength of AZ91 magnesium alloy doped with room temperature tensile 21 MPa, wear volume reduction of 80.30%.
