吉林省农机化研究所与吉林省长岭县农具厂共同研制的L-5-35Y液压重型五铧犁,于1990年3月通过省级技术鉴定,现已投入批量生产。该犁是在L-5-35重型五铧犁基础上改进的。改进后的L-5-35Y液压重型五铧犁,取消了原五铧犁的机械升降机构、耕深调节机构、座位、缓冲弹簧等部件。将拖拉机上的油缸移装在犁架上,通过油管与拖拉机的液压机构连接,组成液压式升降耕深调节机构。 L-5-35Y液压重型五铧犁主要由犁体、后犁体、小犁体、圆犁刀、梁架、地轮机构、沟轮机构、尾轮机构及牵引器等组成。通过增减犁体可与不同拖拉机配套,如东方红-75拖拉机可牵引一台五铧犁,红旗-100拖拉机可连接2台,牵引8～10个犁体。
L-5-35Y hydraulic heavy-duty five-plow plow jointly developed by Jilin Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute and Changling County Farm Tools Factory of Jilin Province passed the provincial technical appraisal in March 1990 and has now been put into mass production. The plow is improved on the basis of L-5-35 heavy five-plow. Improved L-5-35Y hydraulic heavy five-plow, lifting the original five-plow mechanical lifting mechanism, deep adjustment mechanism, seat, buffer spring and other components. The tractor on the cylinder mounted on the plow, through the tubing and tractor hydraulic mechanism connected to form a hydraulic lift tillage adjustment mechanism. L-5-35Y hydraulic heavy five-plow plow mainly consists of plow body, plow body, small plow body, round coulter, beam frame, ground wheel mechanism, groove wheel mechanism, tail wheel mechanism and tractor. By increasing or decreasing the plow body with different tractors supporting, such as the East Red -75 tractor can draw a five -share plow, red flag -100 tractors can be connected to 2, traction 8 to 10 plow body.
