针对新庄岭黄土公路隧道地表裂缝和衬砌开裂的病害特征,探讨了病害产生机理,并运用仿真、实测等手段详细分析了病害原因。分析表明:地表裂缝导致黄土浸水,从而使土体强度降低,变形增大,扩大了围岩塑性区范围和变形压力,恶化了衬砌结构受力状况,导致了衬砌结构局部出现裂缝。此外,根据隧道病害状况,提出了采用挖槽夯土法处治地表裂缝,采用环氧树脂嵌补及凿槽嵌入钢拱架法处治衬砌开裂的建议。研究结果为分析和处治黄土公路隧道病害提供了依据。
In view of the disease characteristics of surface cracks and lining cracks in Xinzhuangling loess tunnel, the mechanism of disease occurrence was discussed. The causes of the disease were analyzed in detail by means of simulation and actual measurement. The analysis shows that the surface cracks cause the flooding of the loess, resulting in the decrease of strength and deformation of the soil mass, widening the range of plastic zone and deformation pressure of the surrounding rock, deteriorating the stress condition of the lining structure and causing local cracks in the lining structure. In addition, according to the condition of the tunnel disease, the authors put forward the suggestion of using the ditching rammed earth method to treat the surface cracks and adopting the epoxy resin embedded and the cofferdam embedded steel arch method to treat the lining cracking. The results provide the basis for analyzing and treating the diseases of loess tunnel.
