《国务院关于进一步促进广西经济社会发展的若干意见》明确提出了培育广西沿海经济发展新的增长极的战略任务,到2015年基本达到广西开放型经济发展格局的发展目标。因此,探索北部湾经济区创新开放型经济发展路径,以提高开放型经济发展水平,带动和支撑广西经济发展,显得尤为迫切和重要。
The State Council’s Opinions on Further Promoting the Economic and Social Development of Guangxi clearly set forth the strategic task of fostering a new growth pole in Guangxi’s coastal economic development and will basically reach the development target of Guangxi’s open economy in 2015. Therefore, it is particularly urgent and important to explore the path of developing the open economy in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in order to enhance the development level of the open economy and promote and support the economic development in Guangxi.
