The article points out that the learning process is a controlled comprehensive development system consisting of three subsystems: learning object, learner and learning environment. The article describes the general process of learning and its laws by using the theory of pan-structure, the theory of super-consciousness activity and the theory of intelligence formation. It is of great value for us to further study learning.
