本文以YF公司为例,对YF公司绩效管理的现状、问题与对策进行研究。通过研究发现,YF公司在绩效管理方面存在着人力资源管理专业水平低、绩效管理基础薄弱、绩效管理推动困难等问题。为了进一步推动与落实绩效管理,YF公司应从提高人力资源管理水平、从“简”构建绩效管理体系、积极调动其他部门的积极性等方面来着力构建与推动公司绩效管理的构建与实施。希望本文的研究对于YF公司的发展有一定的借鉴意义。
In this paper, YF company, for example, YF company performance management of the status quo, problems and countermeasures. Through the research, we found that YF has some problems in performance management, such as low professional level of human resource management, weak foundation of performance management and difficulties of performance management. In order to further promote and implement performance management, YF Company should make efforts to construct and promote the construction and implementation of corporate performance management by improving human resources management, building performance management system from “Jane ” and actively mobilizing the enthusiasm of other departments. I hope this study has some reference to the development of YF company.
