作者观察到二巯基敌枯双引起了大鼠甲状腺滤泡细胞粗面内质网扩张,脱颗粒;琥珀酸脱氨酶、甲状腺过氧化物酶、单胺氧化酶活性增高以及三磷酸腺苷酶活性的改变。作者认为前者是直接的损伤性改变;后者是血清中垂体促甲状腺激素浓度增高所引起的继发代偿反应。文中讨论了上述改变在甲状腺激素生物合成中的意义。
The authors observed that dimercaptosuccinimide caused dilatation and degranulation of the rough endoplasmic reticulum of thyroid follicular cells in rats. The activity of succinate deaminase, thyroid peroxidase, monoamine oxidase and ATPase activity were also changed. The authors believe that the former is a direct traumatic change; the latter is a secondary compensatory response caused by elevated serum thyroid hormone concentrations. The paper discusses the significance of these changes in thyroid hormone biosynthesis.
