September 3 to September 7, 1990 The 16th World Tunnel Annual Conference was held in Chengdu, China. More than 200 foreign tunnel experts from nearly 30 countries in the world and over 350 tunnel experts from over 200 units across the country gathered together to conduct academic exchanges in 11 special groups. Annual meeting
