讨论了区分机构和零件的载荷谱系数的必要性,指出应以零件的载荷谱作为零件疲劳计算的依据。从实用的角度,提出以弹性振动最大载荷作为疲劳计算基准载荷,并给出了相应的载荷谱系数定义。还对零件的应力循环次数计算问题进行了分析。
The necessity of distinguishing the load spectrum coefficient of the mechanism and the part is discussed. It is pointed out that the load spectrum of the part should be taken as the basis of fatigue calculation of the part. From a practical point of view, the maximum load of elastic vibration is proposed as fatigue reference load, and the corresponding definition of load spectrum coefficient is given. The calculation of the number of stress cycles is also analyzed.
