在现今社会,学徒制是企业培养人才所用到主要方式,并且在多个行业的人才培养中都使用到该种方式。现代学徒制的主要特点就是对于教学任务的完成是由专业的老师以及企业员工共同担任的,也就是一种双师型的教育方式。对于现代学徒制教学方式来说,双师型教师培养是其主要基础。本文主要根据学徒制对于双师型教师培养的要求出发,对于目前烹饪专业的双师型教师培养的现状进行了详细的分析,并提出了如何才能更好地建设双师型教师培养。
In today’s society, apprenticeship is the main method used by enterprises to train their talents and it is used in the training of talent in many industries. The main characteristic of modern apprenticeship is that the completion of teaching tasks is carried out by professional teachers and employees, which is also a double-teacher education. For modern apprenticeship teaching, dual teacher training is the main basis. Based on the requirements of apprenticeship for the training of double-qualified teachers, this paper analyzes in detail the current situation of the cultivation of double-qualified teachers in culinary specialty and proposes how to better train double-qualified teachers.
