由国家地震局工程力学研究所、黑龙江省地震局联合主持召开的东北地区地震科技信息工作会议于1995年9月5日在哈尔滨市举行。辽宁、吉林、黑龙江省地震局和工程力学研究所的有关同志参加了会议。国家地震局地震科技资料分类法编制组组长王政祥高工专程到哈尔滨出席了会议。会议由东北地区协作组组长、工程力学研究所情报资料室副主任李玉亭主持,工程力学研究所副所长冯启民研究员、黑龙江省地震局副局长郭德明高工
The Northeast Region Earthquake Science and Technology Information Work Conference jointly held by Institute of Engineering Mechanics of the State Seismological Bureau and Seismological Bureau of Heilongjiang Province was held on September 5, 1995 in Harbin. Relevant comrades from Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang Seismological Bureau and Institute of Engineering Mechanics attended the meeting. Wang Zhengxiang, chief of the preparation team of the Seismic Science and Technology Information Taxonomy of the State Seismological Bureau, attended the meeting in Harbin.
