给出了在一种特殊位形情况下综合连杆曲线具有5点接触直线(Burmester点)的铰链四杆机构的解析方法.用该方法综合铰链四杆机构可预先给定欲逼近直线上的点、直线方向以及一个固定铰链的位置.推导出了综合公式并给出了综合示例,证明了综合公式的正确性.
The analytical method for a four-bar hinge mechanism with a 5-point contact line (Burmester point) is given in the case of a special configuration. With this method, the integrated hinged four-bar mechanism can be preset to approximate points on a straight line, a straight line direction, and a fixed hinge position. The synthesis formula is deduced and a comprehensive example is given to prove the correctness of the synthesis formula.
