党的十七大提出建设和谐文化、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的历史任务。广播电视作为社会文化的重要载体,如何加强自身和谐创建,在和谐文化建设中发挥应有的作用,这是广电工作者应该研究的重大课题。本文从和谐广电的特征、广电事业发展中的不和谐“音符”、推进和谐广电建设的对策措施三个方面对构建和谐广电进行了有益的探讨。
The 17th CPC National Congress proposed the historic task of building a harmonious culture and promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture. Radio and television as an important carrier of social culture, how to strengthen its own harmonious creation, to play its due role in the construction of a harmonious culture, radio and television workers should study a major issue. This article makes a useful discussion on the construction of harmonious radio and television from three aspects: the characteristics of harmonious radio and television, the discordant “notes” in the development of radio and television, and the countermeasures to promote the construction of harmonious radio and television.
