Objective: To explore the long-term mixed-benzene operations on the impact of male workers offspring. Methods: The male workers of a paint factory and machinery factory were chosen to conduct a retrospective survey on the influence of their offspring. The micronuclei and chromosomal aberrations of some workers in the two factories were also examined. Results: Compared with the control group, the male workers in the contact group had higher effects of spontaneous abortion, premature delivery, stillbirths and offspring than the control group, and the number of male workers in the contact group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t = 2.034, P <0.05, The difference was significant. Conclusion: Long-term low-concentration mixed benzene treatment increases the detection rate of male chromosome aberrations, which affects the health of offspring to a certain extent.
