本文叙述了影响日本着色系富士“长富2”休眠条催芽及其离体繁殖和生根因子。经过冷冻处理的休眠条浸在BA(1mg/l)溶液中可产生最多的新枝条。首次接种的芽在有BA1mg/l和IBA0.1mg/l的LS培养基生长良好。MS比LS培养基更有利于微枝条的繁殖,其繁殖系数在一定范围内随培养时间增加而增加。生根以在含有NAA(0.25mg/l)和IBA(0.25mg/l)的混合培养基中为最好,有70%生根。(缩写词:LS,linsmain and Skoog;MS,murashige and Skoog;BA,6—苄基氨基腺嘌呤;NAA,萘乙酸;IBA,吲哚丁酸)。
This article describes the germination and its in vitro propagation and rooting factors that affect the dormancy bars of “Fu-2” in Fuji, a Japanese coloring system. Freeze-treated hibernation bars were immersed in BA (1 mg / l) to produce the most new shoots. The first inoculated shoots grew well in LS medium with BA 1 mg / l and IBA 0.1 mg / l. MS is more conducive to the proliferation of micro-shoots than LS medium, and its coefficient of multiplication increases with the increase of culture time within a certain range. Rooting was best in a mixed medium containing NAA (0.25 mg / l) and IBA (0.25 mg / l) with 70% of rooting.
