采用超声低压铸造技术制备了数控机床零部件用ZA35X合金,并进行了组织物相、不同温度下的力学性能和耐磨损性能的测试与对比分析。结果表明,超声低压铸造法可以制备出均匀、致密的数控机床零部件用ZA35X合金铸锭;铸锭由η-Zn、α-Al和CuZn5三种物相组成;在距离铸锭中心不同距离处的抗拉强度、冲击吸收功、耐磨损体积变化均较小,-20℃抗拉强度相差3 MPa、0℃冲击吸收功相差2 J、20℃磨损体积相差为0。
The ZA35X alloy for CNC machine tool parts was prepared by ultrasonic low pressure casting technology. The mechanical properties and wear resistance at different temperatures were tested and compared. The results show that the ZA35X alloy ingot can be prepared by the ultrasonic low-pressure casting method for the uniform and compact CNC machine tool parts.
