本文对黄钾铁矾法、针铁矿法和赤铁矿法三种方法的优、缺点作了对比;叙述了鲁尔锌公司达特恩炼锌厂选择赤铁矿法的原因以及赤铁矿法中间试验的结果。根据试验鲁尔锌公司决定迠工业规模的赤铁矿法工厂。近十年来,从锌精矿中提取锌和回收其它有价金属取得了进展,从而为资源的综合利用作出了贡献。提高金属回收率的关键是发展残渣处理方法,使浸出残渣易于过滤。新方法强化了浸出过程,使进入溶液中的铁生成容易过滤的沉淀物。铁的问题解决不仅是锌冶炼技术一大进展,而且也为其它金属的冶炼解决了铁的问题。究竟应选用哪一种方法来分离铁,除了经济因素外,还决定于工厂所在地的环境保护。
This article compares the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods of jarosite, goethite and hematite.
