一、性能的定性分析机械式立式回流型旋风除尘器,多年来广泛应用于锅炉烟气除尘系统。系统在负压下工作时,除尘器与烟道之间的连接,采用出口蜗壳的多于采用直接弯管的。前者不仅较方便,而且能促使除尘器的阻力系数减小。这一特点已为许多实验所证实。近期在冷态试验中,对长锥体型的和直简型的除尘器分别用上述两种连接形式进行对比,两者对除尘器效率和阻力的影响如图1所示。从中可以看出,出口蜗壳的除了阻力都有下降趋势外,阻力和其它性能受影响的程度还有所不同。这里进一步就出口蜗壳的影响内容对照直接弯管的加以探究。长锥体(CZT)型和直筒(新直一Ⅲ)型的主要区别就在于前者为长锥体形筒身,后者为直筒形筒身。图中的阻力由试验台均流口至引风机入口前
I. Qualitative Analysis of Performance Mechanical vertical return cyclone dust collectors have been widely used in boiler flue gas dust removal systems for many years. When the system is operated under negative pressure, the connection between the dust collector and the flue duct adopts more outlet volutes than the direct bent pipe. The former is not only more convenient, but also can reduce the drag coefficient of the dust collector. This feature has been confirmed by many experiments. In the cold test recently, the long-cone type and straight-type dust removers were compared using the above two types of connection. The effects of both on the efficiency and resistance of the dust remover are shown in Fig. 1. It can be seen from the above that, in addition to the downward trend in the resistance of the outlet volute, the degree of resistance and other performance is affected. Here, the contents of the influence of the outlet volute are further explored with reference to the direct bend pipe. The main difference between the long cone (CZT) type and the straight (new straight one) type is that the former is a long cone-shaped body, and the latter is a straight body. The resistance in the figure is from the flow-rate at the test bench to the entrance of the induced draft fan
