BALB/c小鼠移植EMT—6肉瘤细胞后一个月内,随着肿瘤生长,脾脏肿大,胸腺萎缩。用流动细胞测量仪和单克隆抗体间接荧光免疫技术检查了肿瘤生长过程中脾脏和胸腺淋巴细胞亚群的动态变化。带瘤小鼠与同龄对照相比,全脾有核细胞中IgM~+,Lyt_1~+和Lyt_2~+细胞均显著地持续增加;每毫克脾组织中IgM~+细胞稍有增多,但Lyt_1~+和Lyt_2~+细胞均于肿瘤生长的后期减少,Lyt_1~+和Lyt_2~+两个T淋巴细胞亚组的比例则呈进行性下降。胸腺中Lyt_1~+和Lyt_2~+细胞均随肿瘤生长而逐渐减少。讨论了淋巴细胞亚群变化的功能意义。
Within one month after transplantation of EMT-6 sarcoma cells in BALB/c mice, the tumors grew, the spleen swelled, and the thymus atrophied. The dynamic changes of splenic and thymic lymphocyte subsets during tumor growth were examined using a flow cytometry instrument and monoclonal antibody indirect fluorescent immunoassay. The number of IgM~+, Lyt_1~+ and Lyt_2~+ cells in the spleen nucleated cells was significantly increased compared with the controls of the same age in the tumor-bearing mice. The number of IgM~+ cells per milligram spleen increased slightly, but Lyt_1~ Both + and Lyt2~+ cells decreased at the late stage of tumor growth, and the proportions of Lyt_1~+ and Lyt_2~+ T lymphocyte subsets showed a progressive decrease. Both Lyt_1~+ and Lyt_2~+ cells in the thymus decreased gradually with tumor growth. The functional significance of changes in lymphocyte subsets was discussed.
