本文报告了１６１例经股动脉插管选择性脑血管造影，对选择造影的一些有关技巧及某些并发症进行了讨论。认为导管选用是否恰当，将直接影响插管能否成功和并发症的发生。导管尖端塑形要随选择血管的不同而各有所异。提出老年病人因血管解剖关系的特殊变化，导管塑形也要相应改变，认为导管刺激引起脑血管痉挛也是造成脑供血不足的一个原因。提出选择性脑血管造影后，脑血栓形成可能是最终导致脑梗塞的另一个原因。最后对并发症的预防进行了简单的讨论。
This article reports 161 cases of selective cerebral angiography through the femoral artery catheterization, the selection of some of the relevant imaging techniques and some complications were discussed. That catheter selection is appropriate, will directly affect the success of intubation and complications. Catheter tip shaping with the choice of blood vessels vary. Proposed special changes in the elderly patients due to vascular anatomy, the catheter shape also should be changed accordingly, that the catheter to stimulate cerebral vasospasm is also caused by a lack of brain blood supply a reason. After presenting selective cerebral angiography, cerebral thrombosis may be another cause of cerebral infarction. Finally, the prevention of complications were briefly discussed.
