General Secretary Jiang Zemin’s “July 1” speech spirit has greatly stimulated the Guangxi music and dance industry’s pioneering and innovative efforts to build an advanced culture. The Propaganda Department of Guangxi Party Committee, Guangxi Wenlian and Propaganda Department of Bose Committee of the Propaganda Department made the best use of the situation in order to actively implement the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ proposed by General Secretary Jiang and implement the promulgation of’ Guangxi Wenhua from 2001 to 2005 - promulgated by the party committee and the autonomous regional government of the autonomous region.
