用2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(简称5-Br-PADAP)光度法测定锌是目前灵敏度较高(克分子吸收系数(?)_(565)=1.20×10~5)、稳定性、重现性较好的方法,然而由于常见离子Fe~(3+)、Mn~(2+)、Cu~(2+)、Co~(3+),Ni~(2+)、Pb~(2+)、Cd~(2+)、V~(5+)等均有严重干扰,选择性并不理想。文献中采用离子交换分离干扰元素效果虽好,但手续冗长。用有机溶剂萃取分离干扰元素也不够理想。本文在原有实验的基础上用氨水-铜试剂-过氧化氢(昆明冶金所)快速简便的分离方法,由于铜试剂不影响本方法锌的光度测定,因而简化了分析手续,有效地提高了在Triton X-100非离子表面活
Spectrophotometric determination of zinc with 2- (5-bromo-2-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (referred to as 5-Br- = 1.20 × 10 ~ 5), and the stability and reproducibility are good. However, due to the common ions such as Fe 3+, Mn 2+, Cu 2+, Co 3+, , Ni ~ (2 +), Pb ~ (2 +), Cd ~ (2 +) and V ~ (5+) all have serious interference and the selectivity is not ideal. The use of ion exchange separation elements in the literature effect is good, but the lengthy procedure. Extracting interfering elements with organic solvents is not ideal. In this paper, based on the original experiment with ammonia - copper reagent - hydrogen peroxide (Kunming Metallurgy) quick and easy separation method, because the copper reagent does not affect the method of zinc photometric determination, thus simplifying the analysis procedures and effectively improve the Triton X-100 non-ionic surfactant
