实施绩效工资,既是党中央国务院关心教师,提高教师待遇的一项措施,其目的是促进教育教学工作,充分调动了广大教师的工作积极性和主动性,在教师中引入竞争机制和激励机制,使中国教育走上一个良性发展的轨道。然而在具体实施过程中却造成了许多矛盾,这些矛盾的产生,归根结底是由于绩效考核方案制定不合理造成的,因此,如何制定一个合理的绩效工资考核方案就显得十分重要。本文就如何制定合理的绩效工资考核方案发表了自己的几点看法和见解。
