运用Anycasting软件对某公司生产过程中易出现问题的15 t钢锭模进行了模拟分析和优化设计,预测出缩孔的位置及相对大小,通过解剖实验发现模拟结果与实际结果一致。根据模拟结果筛选出设计更合理的一种钢锭模并在生产过程中取得了良好的使用效果。
The Anycasting software is used to simulate and optimize the 15 t steel ingot mold which is easy to appear in the production process of a company. The position and relative size of the shrink hole are predicted. The results of simulation are consistent with the actual results. According to the simulation results, a more reasonable design of a steel ingot mold is selected and a good use effect is obtained in the production process.
