目的:调查分析某军队医院医学人才队伍的人员类别、年龄结构、技术职称构成和学历情况。方法:将医院医务人员按照军人(含现役和文职干部)、非现役文职和聘用制人员3个类别分别进行统计分析。结果:医院医学人才队伍的年龄结构、学历情况和技术职称构成均存在分布不尽合理、与承担的任务在一定程度上不相适应的问题。结论:应进一步加强军队医院医学人才队伍的建设、使用和管理。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the types of personnel, age structure, composition of technical titles and academic records of medical personnel in a military hospital. Methods: According to the statistical analysis of the hospital medical personnel according to the three categories of military personnel (including active and civilian cadres), non-active civilian staff and employing staff. Results: The age structure, academic qualifications and technical titles of hospital medical talented persons all existed problems that the distribution was unreasonable and were incompatible with the assumed tasks to a certain extent. Conclusion: The construction, use and management of medical personnel in military hospitals should be further strengthened.
