由于高速工具钢含碳量高,因而在一般的离子氮化工艺参数条件下进行氮化处理会形成ε相。对于某些间歇式加工的工具(如大模数滚刀)来说,这种含有ε相的氮化组织的工具不能得到较好的效果。本文着重分析了高速钢离子氮化形成无ε相的纯扩散层氮化组织的工艺参数条件、组织特点,并通过现场应用,对提高大模数滚刀的使用寿命具有较好的效果。
Due to the high carbon content of high-speed tool steels, nitriding under common ion nitriding process parameters results in ε phase. For some intermittent processing tools (such as large modulus hob), this tool containing nitride microstructure ε phase can not get better results. This paper focuses on analyzing the process parameters, microstructure characteristics and the field application of nitrided nitrided high-speed steel to form pure diffusion layer nitrided structure without ε-phase, which has a good effect on improving the service life of large modulus hob.
